1. How to request a refund
- Email us at contact@getvestizen.com within 60 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and the email address used at checkout. Telling us why it didn't work for you is optional, but it helps us improve.
- Our team replies within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) with your return authorisation and the return address.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Parcels returned without a return authorisation may not be identified and could delay your refund.
2. Returning your device
- Send back the VestiZen™ device and its accessories (charger/cable, manual and gift bag), in the original packaging where possible.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of postage.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except when the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect (see section 4).
3. When you will receive your refund
Once your return arrives and is checked, we will email you to confirm and issue the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
The refund covers the full price you paid for the product. Shipping on your original order is free, so there is nothing to deduct.
4. Damaged, defective or wrong item
If your VestiZen™ arrives damaged, stops working or you received the wrong item, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video of the issue. We will send you a free replacement or a full refund, at your choice, and you will not pay anything for the return.
5. Cancellations
You can cancel your order free of charge before it ships. Email us as soon as possible with your order number. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled, but it is still covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee.
6. Your statutory rights
If you live in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you also have a legal right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Our 60-day guarantee is offered in addition to these rights and does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
